Artist Biography
I paint abstract mystery. I may understand the beginning of a work, but the end is unknown. This, for me, is a personal discovery. One can plan the colors, choose the size of canvas, hope the flow of ink provides the focusing shape, balance the use of those colors. Still the completion has been kept hidden until, after much contemplated study with additional work, the finished piece is no longer a mystery. It is my magic moment of creating. I love this process of defined abstract painting. It brings joy and satisfaction to all aspects of my inner being.
