In conjunction with Centralia’s Antique Fest, Rectangle Gallery is hosting a one-day-only Artist Garage Sale — and you're invited to dig through the treasures!
This isn’t a sale of finished artworks — instead, it’s a rare opportunity to score studio supplies straight from local artists: You can find frames, paints and other color making mediums, easels, canvas, paper, tools, brushes, and more. All the bits and pieces that fuel creativity.

No matter how wet and cold it may be, we are ready to celebrate the coming of Spring and we bet you are, too!
Join us for March First Friday at Rectangle Gallery, where our artists are emerging from their creative hibernation with fresh, new works. They’ve been busy in their studios all winter, and now it’s time to share the beauty they’ve been creating!
Come shake off the winter blues, enjoy the first blooms of the season (in art form!), and connect with the local creative community. We’d love to see you here! Bring your friends and family for a fun, joyful evening, supporting local artists and laughing at the rain!.
Registration for Young Artists Exhibition
Beginning Saturday, March 1 at 11:00 am we will be taking registrations for April’s Young Artists Exhibition. We will take the first 20 kids (ages 7-12)to come in with their responsible adult. We will continue with the registrations until we get all 20 spots filled — sometimes this take a few hours, sometimes it takes a week. It will take at least 10 minutes to register, longer if there are people who came in before you.
During registration, we don’t need to see your child’s art (we like to be surprised when they bring their masterpiece in for the show) but we will: go through a contract with each budding artist; talk about how it feels to sell your art and, more importantly, how it feels when you don’t sell your art; how to talk to strangers about your artwork, method and materials; and we will give you the size limits for the artwork that we will be displaying, important dates and answer any questions you may have.
